Claudia Alice Physiotherapy: Empowering Your Body to Thrive.

I’m Claudia Alice, and I believe everybody has the potential to feel strong, move with ease, and live without limitations. As a registered physiotherapist with a passion for a holistic approach to health, my goal is to help you become your best physical self, whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to enhance your overall well-being and movement.

At Claudia Alice Physiotherapy I offer a comprehensive range of services, including initial assessments, follow-up appointments, and personalised treatment plans. My treatments combine manual therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, exercise plans, valuable education, advice to address your specific needs and empowering you to live your life to the fullest. With clinics in Bamber Bridge, Fulwood, and Broughton, I’m here to guide you toward better health, one step at a time.

My Journey into Physiotherapy

My path to becoming a physiotherapist began with a deep love for movement and the body, which started during my time as a professional dancer. After years of training and performing, I developed a strong understanding of how the body moves and the importance of keeping it in optimal condition. However, it wasn’t until I faced a serious injury that I truly understood the challenges of recovering from physical setbacks and how deeply they can affect both the body and mind. This experience gave me a unique perspective on movement and injury recovery. I understand firsthand how frustrating and disheartening it can be when your body isn’t performing at its best – when it holds you back from achieving your goals and dreams. Overcoming that setback didn’t just teach me how to heal my body – it sparked a passion for helping others get back on track and live their lives without limitations.
I graduated with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy and I am a registered member of the Health Care Professionals Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Over the years, I’ve worked in both the NHS and private practice, gaining hands-on experience in treating a wide range of injuries and conditions, both chronic and acute. This experience has given me the ability to adapt my approach to meet each individual’s needs and to help them return to their activities and passions.

Alongside my professional qualifications, I’ve always sought balance in my own life. My love for pilates, yoga, and time spent outdoors is not only important for my well-being but has become an essential part of how I approach physiotherapy. I believe in the power of holistic care, which is why I’m dedicated to treating the whole person, not just their symptoms.

A Holistic Approach to Physiotherapy

What makes my practice unique out is my dedication to treating the whole person, not just the injury or condition. I understand that when your body is in pain or not functioning at its best, it affects not only your physical health but your mental and emotional well-being too. This is why I approach every treatment with empathy and a focus on restoring balance to both the body and mind.

I offer initial assessments to obtain a clear understanding of your symptoms, history, and goals. From there, I tailor a treatment plan to address your specific needs. Whether through manual therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, exercise plans, or providing advice and education, my goal is to help you reach your full potential and live pain-free.

Who I Help

I work with people from all walks of life. Whether you’re dealing with a sports injury, chronic pain, or simply want to improve your overall mobility, I’m here to help.
