  • Skin changes – chemotherapy can cause dry, cracked skin, peeling, increased sensitivity, and a higher risk of infections due to a weakened immune system.
  • Nail damage – toenails may become brittle, discoloured, thickened, or prone to lifting, and fungal infections can develop more easily.
